• We deliver to all accessible destinations within India.

Global:

• All orders above US $ 59 are delivered free to any designated address, worldwide. However for orders below US $ 59 kindly note that shipping charges of US $20 will have to be borne by the buyer. You could easily see an estimate of how much shipping charges would be levied by adding an item to the shopping cart and then viewing the shopping cart. We are not liable for payment of any charges other than the shipment charges on orders of US $ 59 and above.

India:

• All orders above Rs 500 are delivered free to any designated address within India. For orders below Rs 500 kindly note that shipping charges of Rs 100 will have to be borne by the buyer. You could easily see an estimate of how much shipping charges would be levied by adding an item to the shopping cart and then viewing the shopping cart. We are not liable for payment of any charges other than the shipment charges for orders of and above.

Global:

• The teas, tea accessories etc. are sent as gifts and hence should normally not attract customs/import duties. However rules vary from country to country. Overseas deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes as per effective local laws in buyer’s country that could be levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any such additional charges towards local levies would have to be borne by the buyer and will in no terms be payable by us or chargeable to us. The buyer must therefore ensure compliance with all the effective laws and legislations in force at their specified destination, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising out of breach of any such laws. Any document needed to accompany the parcel needs to be requested and will be provided if feasible/available.

India:

• The teas, tea accessories are priced inclusive of all applicable Governmental Taxes, Duties and/or other levies. However, in the case of any local levies being imposed at the Buyer’s destination, the same will have to be borne by the buyer, and we are not liable to pay the said local levies.

• At Golden Tips Tea of Darjeeling we stand for complete customer satisfaction. Any product purchased at the Golden Tips Tea of Darjeeling site could be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you are returning the product due to an error on our part, we will also pay shipping costs.
  
  Returning of products is subject to the following conditions:
  
  Full refund of the amount debited to your card or received as payment for that specific order, and for the products returned in full. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
  
  Our endeavor is to provide fresh teas, and unless otherwise stated, all teas are selected, packed and shipped direct from India in the interests of quality and freshness. For this reason shipping is a major component of our product cost. Hence we cannot accept returns for exchange due to a preference for a different tea, for example, unless there is a defect in the product. As a valued customer we hope you understand our limitations.
  
  We cannot accept any Product after 30 days of delivery.
  
  We cannot accept a Product that has been largely consumed (more than two servings).
  
  We are confident that you will enjoy your Golden Tips Teas, although if for some genuine reason you have a need to return your order, please submit the reason along with the order number to support@goldentipstea.com. We will contact you within 48 hours to agree on the return. Please do not return unless you receive a mail advice from us to the effect.
  
  Refund will be made by the same method as payment was received for your order.
