Tea Brewing Tips:
Rinse the tea pot with hot water to warm the vessel. Add approximately 2 grams of tea leaves per cup. Allow the boiling water to cool between 155-165 degrees and pour into the teapot. Never use boiling water as it will cook the leaves. . Let the tea sit for 20 seconds, then drain out the water and cover the leaves with enough water for a cup or pot. Steep for 1 to 2 minutes, and pour into the cup through a strainer. You can use the leaves for multiple infusions, by following the same process.
