A delicately scented White tea made only from Buds & with a very low content of caffeine. The fine tips of Silver Needle exhibit pale olive green liquor with a mildly fruity but light sweetish taste. The undertones complement the superior delicate flavours leading to excellency in quality.

Tea Brewing Tips:

Rinse the tea pot with hot water to warm the vessel. Add one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup. Allow the boiling water to cool between 155-165 degrees and pour into the teapot. Never use boiling water as it will cook the leaves. . Let the tea sit for 20 seconds, then drain out the water and cover the leaves with enough water for a cup or pot. Steep for 4 to 15 minutes, and pour into the cup through a strainer. You can use the leaves for multiple infusions, by steeeping the first, second and third cup for upto 2 minutes,
