Silver needle white tea leaves sewn with 5 white chrisanthemum flowers inside the tea leaves.

Tea Brewing Tips:
Rinse the tea pot with hot water to warm the vessel. Add one teaspoon of tea leaves per cup. Allow the boiling water to cool between 155-165 degrees and pour into the teapot. Never use boiling water as it will cook the leaves. . Let the tea sit for 20 seconds, then drain out the water and cover the leaves with enough water for a cup or pot. Steep for 4 to 15 minutes, and pour into the cup through a strainer. You can use the leaves for multiple infusions, by steeeping the first, second and third cup for upto 2 minutes,

I like watching it being brewed. The Tea blossoms like flower in a large glass cup or glass pot. However, sometimes the flowers do not open in glass cup. I often consume this beverage in fever and sore throat problem. | |
