Infusion (Brewed Leaves): Colour -Generally greenish with some coppery leaves ,Scent - Planty.
Liquor: Colour -Yellow ,Texture - Mellow, Flavour - Mild and fruity , Aroma - Discernable.
Our verdict: A nice tea from a very reputed estate offering good value for money.

Castleton Tea Garden is located in the Kurseong at an altitude ranging from 980 mts to 2300 mts. It has a planted area of 170.96 Hectares.
Tea Brewing Tips:
Bring fresh water to a boil. Rinse the teapot with hot water to warm the vessel. Add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup into the teapot. Pour the freshly boiled water into the teapot and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir well and then pour through a strainer into your cup.
