WHY CHOOSE GOLDEN TIPS TEA?

On the right is the first Darjeeling white tea I tried (from Ayra), on the left is the second one I tried (from Avongrove), and in the middle is a Silver Needle white tea (from Okayti). All three have distinctly different flavor profiles. Arya offers a pure, gentle vegetal note; Avongrove is closer to the vibrant floral character of a first flush, with a hint of spice; Okayti, on the other hand, brings a rounded fruity sweetness and soft florals. Personally, my favorite is the Okayti white tea—its mouthwatering fruity sweetness left a deep impression on me.

This tea is my first Darjeeling white tea. It's very different from the Chinese white teas I've had before, such as Bai Mudan and Shoumei—they belong to entirely different systems and flavor profiles. My first impression of this tea is that it's very delicate and elegant, with soft vegetal notes and a smooth, sweet taste. As for the floral aroma? —That's a bit of a challenge for me. Is this the most original, essential nature of the AV2 cultivar? I feel this might be the purest and most gentle realm that tea can achieve.

This is my second time trying Darjeeling white tea. I feel it's quite different from the white tea from another estate—it's closer to the bright, distinct flavor of a first flush black tea. I still really like it.

It balances the characteristic maltiness and full-bodied luxury of a high-quality Assam. A true classic.

Aromatic and delicate, this second flush proves its worth with every sip.

Le meilleur des thés Earl Grey

The tea leaves a pleasant aftertaste and a pleasant tartness. I recommend it!

I’m delighted with this tea! The colour is absolutely stunning — a beautiful, vibrant blue that makes the whole tea experience feel special. Not only visually impressive but also enjoyable to drink, with a unique and calming character.

Excellent Matcha tea, my daughters are delighted with it.

An exceptional offering from Darjeeling this quarter.Amidst a general and severe decline in quality across the board, Glenburn remarkably sustained its consistent high caliber, without being exorbitantly priced. Navigating these adverse conditions, Glenburn exhibited the true character of a venerable and authoritative estate.

Spring Gaiety Darjeeling First Flush 2026 surprised me in a very good way. The dry leaves already had a fresh floral aroma, and after brewing the tea became smooth, elegant, and highly aromatic.
The liquor is light golden with a clean and refreshing character. I noticed floral notes, gentle sweetness, and the classic bright Darjeeling freshness without bitterness. The tea feels refined and calming, especially during multiple infusions where the aroma continues to develop nicely.
What I liked most is how balanced it feels — delicate but still flavorful. It gives a premium spring harvest experience and works very well for slow mindful drinking. Definitely one of the enjoyable first flush teas I’ve tried

This is honestly the best tea I have ever tasted, which is why I bought enough to last me at least a year. It is strong and has an almost comforting taste, which is hard to explain.

In addition the service was exceptional. Free delivery and door to door service from India to the UK in less than 5 days. .Seriously impressive!! Thank you so much. I’ll be back :-)

Great tea, great taste thanks
