We are not responsible for providing any documentation required for customs clearance, nor can we guarantee the smooth processing of shipments through customs in any country.
   
3. Handling Delays or Seizures: If your parcel is held, delayed, or confiscated by customs or any other authority, you are responsible for handling the situation directly. Golden Tips will not be liable for any losses, destruction, or abandonment of your order due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs issues.
   
4. Compliance with Local Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which your order is being shipped. Golden Tips is not liable for any breach of such laws or regulations by you.
